I built Flexenti because most small businesses are stuck with a website that works against them. Restaurants, coaches, tradespeople, clinics — the work is good, but the site is slow, dated and unusable on mobile. They lose customers before the conversation even starts.
Most agencies deliver one of two things: an expensive page builder that looks like everyone else's, or a project that drags on forever and ends up costing twice what was promised. Both result in a site that's pretty and still sells nothing.

01Who is Flexenti for?
For businesses whose website is outdated, slow or unusable on mobile — or who don't have one yet. If there's enough demand but the site scares visitors off instead of convincing them, the intro call is worth it.
02What happens after I get in touch?
You book a free 15-minute intro call. We look at your situation, clarify goals and budget and you get a binding quote with a fixed price and timeline. If we're not a fit, we say so openly.
03What does a website cost?
Three clear fixed-price packages: Starter CHF 999.- for a strong one-page site, Pro CHF 1’999.- for a multi-page site with a clear sales focus, and Custom from CHF 4’999.- for bespoke solutions like ecommerce or booking systems. Monthly care is added on top.
04How long does it take to launch?
A Starter site is usually live in 1–2 weeks, a Pro site in 3–4 weeks. Once content and feedback come in quickly, it moves fast. You get a binding timeline up front.
05Why is there a monthly care fee?
A website isn't a piece of furniture — it needs hosting, security updates and backups, or it gets slow or vulnerable. That's why Care Basic (CHF 49/month) is included in every project. If you want content actively maintained, you add Care Plus (CHF 250/month).
06What if I'm outside Switzerland?
I mainly work with businesses in Switzerland and the DACH region because language, hosting and payments are tuned to it. If you're outside and still want to talk, write to me — I'll tell you honestly whether we fit.
07Do I get the site I want, or a template?
Every site is custom designed and hand-built — no page builder, no template. You set the direction and give feedback, I deliver. One feedback round is included in the Pro package.
08Can I edit the site myself later?
Yes. On request I add a simple content system so you can change text and images yourself. Or you book Care Plus and we make the changes for you.
09Do you handle copy and images too?
The Pro package includes conversion-focused copywriting. We can pick images together, from stock to a photographer we trust. You don't need to arrive with finished content.
10What if I already have a website?
Then in the intro call we work out whether a redesign or a rebuild makes more sense. Often a fast, clearly structured new site is cheaper and better than patching an old one.
